1. About Perseus OS

Perseus OS provides cloud-based business management tools including CRM, sales management, inventory, purchasing, product and catalog management, reporting, and other business-management capabilities.

2. Account Registration

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account information, protecting their login credentials, and activities performed through their account.

3. Business Workspaces

A customer may create and manage one or more businesses/workspaces.

Each business workspace is treated as a separate business environment. Access to products, capabilities, data and entitlements applies to the applicable business/workspace.

4. Paid Services

Certain Perseus features and capabilities require payment.

Prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) on the website or within the applicable purchase flow.

Perseus Core is currently offered at ₱999 as a one-time purchase, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Additional capabilities may have separate prices.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through our authorized payment service provider, PayMongo.

Perseus does not store complete payment-card information.

Payment confirmation may be required before a paid service or capability is activated.

6. Credits

Perseus may provide promotional or earned Credits.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Credits cannot be transferred unless explicitly permitted and may be subject to applicable earning and redemption rules.

7. Acceptable Use

Customers must not use Perseus to conduct unlawful activities, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, abuse payment systems, violate another person's rights, or misuse customer or business data.

8. Intellectual Property

Perseus OS, including its software, interface, branding, logos, designs and platform technology, remains the property of RPT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS or its applicable licensors.

Customer business data remains subject to the customer's rights and applicable agreements.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Perseus available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Maintenance, upgrades, security events, infrastructure failures and circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, fraud, abuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy published on the Perseus website.

12. Limitation of Liability

Perseus should not be used as a substitute for professional accounting, legal, tax, financial, medical or other professional advice.

Customers remain responsible for decisions made using information generated by the platform.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
